In meditation, we seek to welcome the mind home to the body and into the present moment by making use of specific meditation techniques. As we practice and refine the art of meditation, we natural begin to bare witness to a calming of the mind.
Meditation is a beautiful way to practice creating and to welcome spaciousness into your life as we focus on the breathe in each given present moment.
